Please create a customer support ticket and describe the issue you are experiencing. A customer service representative will respond within 48 hours. Customer Service is closed on weekends.

Note on Personalized Items: When you add a personalized item to your cart, a pop up notification will appear to confirm that your text & options have been entered correctly. After you've agreed to that statement and made your purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued due to customer error.
