Once your order has been shipped, UPS will send you an email with the tracking information. Please note that processing time for orders is usually within the week of placement, but can take up to 2 weeks. Kindly review your order for any items that may be delayed and note exceptions below.


*Orders containing heat-sensitive items such as chocolate, etc. placed during the fall season will be held until after November 1st. In the event of favorable weather conditions, we will endeavor to ship your order earlier than the specified date.


*Please note that orders which include personalizable or boutique items may result in an extended processing time of 2-3 weeks.
